• Represented executors, beneficiaries and trustees in disputes over will and trust interpretation, trustee removal actions and fiduciary-liability litigation. Firm also prepare and counsel clients with regards to wills, trusts and incapacity planning.

• Speaker at conferences sponsored by The International Franchising Association, Austin Commercial, Inc., DFW Airport, and various contractors’ associations, chambers of commerce, charitable organizations, churches and religious institutions.
