Mr. Jackson is an experienced attorney, especially in the areas of civil litigation, taxation, employment law and government contracting law. In 1989, the Texas Supreme Court licensed Mr. Jackson to practice law in all the State Courts of Texas. In 1990, he became a member of the bar of the United States Tax Court and a member of the bar of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas. In 1992, he became a member of the bar of the United States Court of Federal Claims; and in 2005, he became a member of the bar of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. Coleman Jackson was admitted in 1997 to practice as an Attorney and Counselor at Law and in Chancery in the Courts of Michigan. Mr. Jackson is a member of the bar of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.

Mr. Jackson is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant by the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy.
